Claude passes the small, verifiable tasks — unit tests, scripts, docstrings, build files, bulk edits — to the AIs you already have: the Ollama models on your own computers and the free daily quotas of providers like Gemini, Groq or OpenRouter. It routes by machine power and by cost, free capacity before paid, checks every result and, through a self-grading benchmark, learns which model to trust. Every task reports the Claude tokens it saved, and Claude keeps the final say. All it needs is Python 3.11.

A free, open-source Windows app for the Qwen-Image-2.1 model. Write what you want to see and the image is made on your own graphics card: no credits to buy, no prompt leaving the house. It generates up to 2048 pixels in the model's seven aspect ratios, actually renders the words you put in quotes - shop signs, posters, captions - produces PNGs with a transparent background, and edits your own photos using up to ten reference images. It ships with Qwen's forty official examples and a gallery that remembers the seed and settings of every image. On first run it sets up its own compute environment, leaving the Python you already have untouched. It organises work into projects you can duplicate to regenerate with different settings, restores old or damaged photos using several pictures of the same person, and updates itself. It also makes short videos, from a description or by bringing a photo to life.
